 Check-in time is at 3:00 PM, and check-out time is at 11:00 AM on the day of departure.

We accept payment by Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or cash.

Guests interested in a late check-out are encouraged to check with us the day before departure to confirm availability. Late check-out, if available, extends until 1:00 PM and is subject to a 25% tariff of the nightly room rate.

Though it is rare that we can accommodate an early check-in please check with us a 24-48 hours prior to your arrival to confirm availability.  We are always happy to store baggage.  Early check-in, if available, begins at 11:00 AM and is subject to a 25% tariff of the nightly room rate.

Please contact the hotel prior to arrival and we will provide you with the self-check-in information. It is rare that we can accommodate an early check-in but we are always happy to store baggage. Please call to make these arrangements in advance.

Chatham Tides is a non-smoking establishment. We kindly request that guests refrain from smoking in the rooms and on the front terraces. Designated smoking areas are provided in the driveway and gardens, and we ask that you responsibly dispose of cigarette ends using the sand buckets provided.

Smoking in your room will result in a deep cleaning charge equivalent to one night's accommodation.

Please do not park in the area in front of reception, as it is reserved for Emergency Services, taxis, and check-in purposes only. We provide designated parking spaces in the parking lot for guests.

Your room comes with a set of keys for both your bedroom and front door. Please keep these keys safe and take them with you. If you arrive late, we kindly ask that you keep noise levels down out of respect for other guests.

If you inadvertently take a key home, you have seven days to return it by mail. Otherwise, a replacement charge of $25.00 will be applied to your account.

Your room will be cleaned daily between the hours of 9.00 am and 4.00 pm. You will find a housekeeping sign on the inside of your door, if you would like your room cleaned simply place the card on the outside with the “service please” sign. If you would prefer us not to clean your room or to not be disturbed, please refrain from placing the sign on your door.

Yes, to maintain a relaxing atmosphere for all our guests, we kindly request that you avoid playing music or using the television at high volumes after 9:00 PM.

The temperature controls in your room are equipped with thermostats, allowing you to adjust the room's temperature to your comfort. Please remember to keep doors and windows closed for energy efficiency.
